# Main editorial-data acceptance — 7 September 2026

ACCEPTED FOR PRIVATE RELEASE ASSEMBLY. This is the completed implementation
check, not another historical audit, numerical fit, activation or deployment.

Main read the family builder, six tests and updated Vanuatu validation; read
the historical card implementation and public-F8 implementation, ten F8 tests,
both handoffs and the inherited F8 authority. Main then reran the six family
tests, combined 24 card tests and all three byte-regeneration checks: PASS.
The workers additionally report the same tests and byte checks under optimized
Python. These are implementation tests, not independent historical judgments.

- Family CSV: 676 ordered IDs; 655 retained values unchanged, seven explicitly
  changed, 14 new definitions, 13 retired values preserved in the ledger.
  Four HOLDs / 672 classified; 22 noncanonical alternatives; no pending main
  disposition. Vanuatu retains the qualified expansion assignment and the
  separate public gloss; no authoring hold is cleared by this check.
- Historical cards: exact 675-row frozen baseline reproduction; 676 successor
  rows through the inherited eight-trait calculation. This is comparison data,
  not permission to reinstate the obsolete public F8 calculation.
- Current-public cards: F1–F7 and non-F8 metadata exactly preserved. The approved
  direct imported-unfree-labor rule applies eight adjudications and three
  display corrections. Six old raw-coding follow-ups remain OPEN, with all
  twelve underlying score/type pairs unchanged. No new raw values were inferred.
- Case-specific qualitative display qualifications are not applied by these
  base-card producers. The atlas integration must preserve and reconcile them;
  numerical cards must not silently overwrite a source-reviewed qualitative card.

Paths in the table are relative to `../editorial_projection_v1/`. Original
manifests' private/not-authorized labels remain as their creation-stage record.
This later acceptance permits assembly only, with final package checks still
required. The numerical verification is closed and is not reopened here.

The changed results text has completed the three Editorial Suite passes in
`EDITORIAL_CHECK.md`; package-link wiring and actual publication-status checks
remain. The complete monograph is not being certified by that bounded check.

Next: finish the allowlisted numerical reproduction export, build a separate
676-row successor release, validate its joins and exclusions, then perform the
coordinated public refresh. Frozen v6 and the public 20260906a atlas are unchanged.
